What are the rectal symptoms of acidum nitricum?

1. Difficult and irregular evacuations.
2. Before stool: colic; cutting constant pressing in rectum; constant but fruitless desire.
3. During stool nausea; tenesmus; spasm of the anus; cutting in anus and rectum; acute pain in abdomen; sensation as if fćces remained and could not be expelled; splinter-like pains in the rectum (with ineffectual urging); burning; tearing; palpitation of the heart.
4. After stool-continued urging; exhaustion; irritation, anxiety, general uneasiness; anus sore, raw; cutting, straining, shooting in the rectum, continuing for hours; prolapse with the sensation of constriction in anus; stitching pains; hćmorrhage; discharge of prostatic fluid.
5. Constipation. Inability to evacuate fćces. Constant ineffectual desire, not > by stool.
6. Fćces hard and dry.
7. Constipation with fissure symptoms: bleeding, pain, distending stool.
8. Evacuations too frequent.
9. Urgent desire to evacuate.
10. Loose evacuations, sometimes mucous, or of a putrid smell.
11. Offensive and undigested evacuations.
12. Much discharge of blood after stool.
13. Sanguineous, dysenteric evacuations, with tenesmus.
14. Black, offensive blood; mucous pseudo-membranes, with straining and burning in rectum.
15. Colic, before stools.
16. After stools, excitability, and dejection.
17. Burning pain, and itching in anus and rectum; with prolapse.
18. Sticking in the rectum, and spasmodic contraction in anus during stool; fissures.
19. Oozing excoriation at the anus.
20. Hćmorrhoids, protruding, painless, or burning.
21. Pain as if rectum would be torn asunder during a stool.
22. Swelling of hćmorrhoidal tumors in the anus, which bleeds at every evacuation.
23. Moisture on the anus.
