🗣️ Throat and Upper Respiratory Tract
– Sore throat: Raw, burning sensation; feels like there’s a lump or foreign body in the throat.
– Ulcerated tonsils: With pus, offensive breath, and excessive salivation.
– Swollen glands: Especially in the neck and jaw area.
– Metallic taste and profuse salivation often accompany throat symptoms.
😮💨 Cough and Chest
– Cough in double bouts: Dry at night, with yellow-green expectoration during the day.
– Worse lying on the right side: Cough aggravates when lying on the right, but breathing worsens on the left.
– Tickling in the throat: Provokes coughing, especially in warm rooms or at night.
– Chest pain: Especially in the lower right chest, sometimes radiating to the scapula.
