    A) Leading symptoms of the heart in tubercular miasma:
    1. Clinical:
    β€’ Palpitation and rush of blood to the head and chest with redness of the face.
    β€’ Painful dyspnea.
    β€’ Persistent emaciation with cardiac complaints.
    2. Sensation:
    β€’ Violent palpitation with beating and shaking of the whole body.
    3. Pulse:
    β€’ Feeble but rapid pulse.
    4. Modalities:
    β€’ Aggravated by higher altitude, climbing, or sitting.
    β€’ Ameliorated by lying down and in the open air.
    B) Leading symptoms of the lung of tubercular miasma:
    1. Clinical:
    β€’ Pleurisy.
    β€’ Pulmonary tuberculosis.
    β€’ Recurrent tonsillitis.
    2. Constitution:
    β€’ Narrow chest and lacking in width laterally, and in-depth anteroposteriorly.
    β€’ Sub-clavicular spaces are hollow.
    β€’ Thin, flat sternum on the top but protrudes at the lower end of the xiphoid process giving it a barrel-shaped appearance- pigeon chest.
    β€’ Rounded forwards infringing shoulder on the chest area.
    β€’ One lung is larger and better developed than others, resulting in hyper-functioning of the lung.
    β€’ Curves and lines in the chest wall are perfect and certain areas may be sunken and depressed.
    β€’ Catches cold easily and therefore always covers up their throat and chest.
    3. Voice:
    β€’ Coarse and dip with base-like chest tone.
    4. Sensation:
    β€’ Sensation of mucus constantly stuck in the throat, accompanied by tickling.
    5. Cough:
    β€’ Teasing cough.
    β€’ Deep, ringing, and hollow cough with no expectoration.
    β€’ So dry and tight cough that they induce a headache.
    6. Expectoration:
    β€’ Viscid mucus, pus-like, musty or offensive, and sweetish or salty taste, and May sometimes be mixed with blood.
    β€’ Sink down and cannot float, it is purulent, greenish-yellow, and very offensive.
    β€’ Constant desire to hawk or clear the throat from viscid, scanty mucus.
    7. Respiration:
    β€’ Dyspnea on ascending stairs.
    β€’ Weakness and debility and breathlessness are often painful.
    β€’ Poor breathing with labored respiration.
    β€’ The alveoli of the lungs are never fully expended and do not receive adequate oxygen.
    β€’ Unable to expand the chest fully as the expensive power of the lungs is greatly limited.
    8. Concomitants:
    β€’ Along with tubercular cough and cold, there is always swelling of the tonsils and cervical lymphadenopathy.
    9. Modalities:
    β€’ Aggravation from cold air and from cold milk or at night.
    β€’ Amelioration is from open air and epistaxis.
