    Characteristic Physical:
    1. Coldness- Lack of animal heat; chill runs up back, tendency to perspiration.
    2. Weakness- Great weakness and prostration both mentally and physically.
    3. Sensitiveness- Great sensitiveness to take cold and coryza; cannot tolerate cold in any form.
    4. Craving- Great desire for salted and smoked meats, bacon etc.
    5. Perspiration- Profuse sweating from head during sleep, mostly on back of head, neck or chest.
    6. Malassimilation- Malnutrition and malassimilation causes emaciation, pit of stomach swelling, sunken, flabby abdomen, neck slender, child looking old and wrinkled. skin is dry and cold.
    7. Defective bone development- Imperfect ossification, defective formation of bones, swelling and softening of bones. Difficulty in learning to walk or stand, dentition, fontanelles remain open for long time.
    8. Congestion- Of head, external coldness and internal heat.
    9. Glandular affection- Inflammation and induration of glands, parotid, facial, cervical, inguinal, maxillary etc.
    10. Ulceration- Ulcer with induration, cancerous ulcers which burn and sting. Every injury tends to ulceration.
    11. Stiffness and cramps- All over the body, joints. Cramps and contraction of limbs.
    12. Cough- During dentition, contraction of chest and difficulty breathing, suffocative cough better by laying down.
    13. Leucorrhoea- Like white of egg. worse in the morning.
    14. Fistula, fissure- Fistula alternating with chest symptoms.
    15. Numbness- Crawling and numbness in parts affected with rheumatism. Crawling in generals.
    16. Sexual organs- Erection while riding in a carriage without desire.
    17. Too early, excessive and bright, sometimes dark, with violent backache, nymphomania.
    18. Dyspepsia- Where pain is relieved by passing wind and temporary relief by eating.

    1. Great disinclination to mental labour. Aversion to labour.
    2. Thinks that ” life is a burden.”
    3. Dissatisfied and angry about himself.
    4. Thinks that he is approaching death especially when constipated or in pain.

    Characteristics Physical:
    1. Weakness of sphincter- patient feels weakness and loss of power of the sphincter ani. so there is escape of stool when passing flatus or urine.
    2. Diarrhoea- Morning diarhoea, has to run for latrine immediately after eating and drinking, early morning stool with jelly like mucus.
    3. Constipation- for several days, no desire for stool, passes flatus without stool.
    4. Headache- congestive type of headache due to heat, alternating with constipation.
    5. Lack of sensation- complete loss of sensation in anus, solid stool passes unconsciously.
    6. Fullness- distention and fullness of abdomen with rumbling noise of flatus, heaviness in rectum.
    7. Appetite- good but aversion to meat.
    8. Debility- general debility and great weakness.
    9. Piles- Haemorrhaids blue like bunch of grapes, bleed very easily with soreness and tenderness. piles prolapse with rectum during stool, pains relieved by cold application.
    10. patient is very hot.
    11. Flatulance- Gases pass before stool with the sensation as if stool would pass with gases which are very offensive and burning.
    12. Alternation- Diarrhoea and lumbago alternating with headache, mental activity alternates with lassitude.
    13. Stool- Involuntary and solid stool passes with rumbling noise, sudden and violent, yellow and excoriating jelly like stool.
